In this safe space you will not only release what not longer serves you & bring in new possibilities. You will learn to recognize when & how you get triggered, & the tools to help you move through the feelings & old patterns. Plus you will learn how to ground & protect yourself & ways to raise your vibration with love, compassion & total ease. It is time to shift from our head into our heart & take off the mask that we wear for others. It is time for self-love, self-healing & self care!
