It all comes back to the emotions, feelings and experiences we had as children, and how they affected us; what we made that mean about ourselves; how we have been carrying that early programming with us; repeating patterns, reacting to triggers and attracting the same people or situations over and over again! The work I do is deeply personal and intimate. Using powerful guided meditation, intuition and my guides, along with other mind-body techniques, I assist in your healing journey. I create a safe place in which the unravelling can begin, along with understanding on a soul level, why things happened to you. Setting yourself free from your past is one of the most profound and rewarding things you can do for yourself. Self-Love is the key to freedom.
