Many of us have limiting beliefs around art, painting and being creative. Yet we all have the ability if we can allow ourselves to get out of the way. This one day workshop uses the guidance of meditation to both release some of those limiting beliefs, and to bring in the opposite [positive] to shift those beliefs.
The morning we will work on releasing any limiting beliefs & emotions ... we will then paint those feelings out. We will take a break for lunch & to regroup. Then the afternoon will be about creating and infusing another painting with whatever you wish to shift in your life.
Saturday June 10th from 10am to 4pm - includes all material & lunch
